Section 15
Returning postal items to the sender
: (1) The government of Nepal may make rules regarding the return of any postal item to the sender without the consent of the addressee and subject to other conditions as specified.
(2) Except as provided in the rules made under sub-section (1), no person shall be entitled to demand the return of any postal item after it has been sent by post.
